New Arts is finishing a monumental work by Ed Hamilton of “Abraham Lincoln” for The Louisville Waterfront Park. This is the second monumental sculpture we have produced for Ed, the first was the African-American Civil War Memorial, (”The Spirt of Freedom”), at 14th & U Street N.W. in Washington D.C.
